Restore Orlando provides an
after-school/after care program from the
hours of 2:30 - 6:00 p.m. for the youth
of the Holden Heights community.
Programs we've offered in the Learning
Center are reading and math tutoring,
homework assistance and leadership
program for children.
Additional programs include
sports, arts and crafts, and
educational field trips. The
Restore Orlando gymnasium
provides indoor basketball,
volleyball and other activities
which help to keep the children
safe from the streets. In an
effort to aid the schools in
increasing reading scores on
standardized tests, Restore will
be implementing a new reading
program (Reading for Success)
during school year. |
